Cowboy Coating currently operates two highly successful shops on the East Coast, and we’re officially launching our third location in Frisco, TX.
We’re looking for an experienced Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Specialist who wants more than just another detailing job.
This is your opportunity to run your own shop and take ownership of the day-to-day work at our newest location while being backed by an established brand, proven systems, and a team that has built a reputation around extremely high-quality work.
The Position:
You’ll work out of your own clean, temperature-controlled shop, primarily working on high-end vehicles and performing:
- Multi-step paint corrections.
- Ceramic coating installations.
- Luxury exterior detailing and paint preparation.
- Vehicle inspections and final quality control.
- Additional protection and detailing services.
This is not a high-volume car wash or basic detailing position. Our focus is paint correction, ceramic coatings, vehicle protection, and delivering work that meets the Cowboy Coating standard every single time.
You’ll be trusted to run the shop, manage your workflow, take care of our customers’ vehicles, and uphold the standard we’ve worked extremely hard to build.
Compensation:
In addition to your regular pay:
- You keep 100% of your tips.
- You earn 50% commission on eligible services you upsell.
We want someone who takes ownership of the shop and has the opportunity to make significantly more as the location grows.
Requirements:
- You MUST have at least 2 years of professional paint correction and ceramic coating experience to apply.
- You must be comfortable and experienced working with the tools and equipment required for professional paint correction and ceramic coating installation, including polishers, compounds, pads, lighting, decontamination products, coating products, and other professional detailing equipment.
- You should be confident working independently on high-end vehicles and have an extremely strong attention to detail.
- We are not looking to train someone from scratch for this position.
