Cowboy Coating is hiring ONE experienced In-Shop Automotive Detailer to join our Alpharetta team.
This is an opportunity to work inside our professional, air-conditioned shop performing high-end paint corrections and ceramic coatings on luxury and specialty vehicles.
We are looking for someone who takes serious pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and understands what it takes to deliver a 5-star customer experience every single time.
What You'll Do:
- Perform paint corrections and polishing.
- Perform ceramic coating installations.
- Properly wash, decontaminate, and prepare vehicles.
- Inspect your work to ensure it meets Cowboy Coating's quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Properly care for shop equipment and products.
- Help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently produce high-quality results on every vehicle.
What We're Looking For:
You MUST have at least 1 year of professional experience with paint correction AND ceramic coating installation.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
- Takes pride in their craftsmanship.
- Has an exceptional eye for detail.
- Understands proper paint correction techniques.
- Is experienced with ceramic coating installation.
- Is reliable, professional, and motivated.
- Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Understands the importance of maintaining a 5-star customer experience.
- Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
Compensation:
Daily Base Pay + 100% of Your Tips + 50% of Upsells.
