We’re Hiring: Automotive Detailer

Cowboy Coating is looking for an experienced In-Shop Automotive Detailer to join our team at our Frisco location.

This is not a basic car-washing or entry-level detailing position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and has a strong eye for detail, with experience in paint correction, ceramic coating installation, and high-end automotive detailing.

Our Frisco shop is one of three Cowboy Coating locations, and we are continuing to grow. We’re looking for someone who wants to become part of a professional team and grow with an expanding company.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Performing multi-stage paint corrections.
Installing professional-grade ceramic coatings.
Performing high-end interior and exterior detailing.
Properly preparing vehicles for ceramic coating installation.
Paint decontamination, clay bar treatment, polishing, and finishing.
Inspecting your work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, professional work environment.
Properly caring for and maintaining detailing equipment.
Communicating professionally with customers when needed.
Delivering a 5-star customer experience from vehicle drop-off to completion.

Understands the importance of customer service.
Takes care of tools, equipment, and the shop.
Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating is strongly preferred.
